We treat all of our customers respectfully, and we realize that without your support, we would not have a business.
That being said, please let us know if there is anything at all that we can do to improve your overall experience.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the "shipping confirmation").
Our goal is to always provide items sold on this site to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that an order is accepted for an item that is out of stock, we will make every effort to ship the product to you as soon as possible or offer a full refund if the product is not available.

PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION
We gladly accept: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. The Ballistic Golf™ shopping cart includes an 128-bit SSL certificate that is operated by Shopify and is guaranteed to keep your information secure. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards per our shopping cart provider Shopify.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is conducted by brands like Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Ballistic Golf™ will not be held responsible for items shipped to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer. Please verify that your address and contact information is correct when you place your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Ready to ship orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, conditions apply. In most cases, orders take anywhere from 2-6 business days to reach their final destination when shipped in the USA. International shipments can take 4-11 business days or more depending on customs. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes. Due to a majority of our products being highly customizable, lead times may vary. Generally, shipping lead time will be listed on the order confirmation email sent to the customer upon ordering.
For international orders, shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside the United States. Additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Ballistic Golf™. When you order goods to be shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations in connection with the shipment. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Customs may elect to open your package(s) and inspect all goods. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is picked up by the carrier. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to file a claim and get a replacement.
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You may return any unused items without penalty for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date. Before sending anything back, you must email for a return authorization. No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
Custom clubs from Ballistic Golf are fully custom-assembled to exact customer specifications. Because components are cut and built to order, all sales are final, and any post-build modifications or reshafts will incur standard component and labor fees.
Shirts, Hats, and other accessories at our discretion may be returned for a store credit, any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to contact us, there is almost always a solution to every problem.
All damaged or faulty items received must be documented and notice received within 24 hours of acceptance of package. We stand behind our products 100% and ensure they are depicted as shown on this site and will arrive in the same manner. If due to shippers error they do not, please let us know so we can make arrangements for replacement or refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not share any of the information we collect regarding your order and we ensure that all information collected is strictly confidential. Any and all contact information will never be shared with anyone else.
