Ballistic irons are in high demand, but there is one major barrier that prevents a lot of customers from pulling the trigger, being able to try before you buy, for only $20!

You asked, we listened!

We are now pleased offer a Demo Program in order to get our clubs out to as many interested golfers as possible. The program will work as follows:

  1. All available demos will be listed on this page.
  2. Players will receive a complete 7 iron for the test period.
  3. All demo clubs will be built to standard loft/lie/length.  They will be built with our standard shaft - a 105g stiff flex.
  4. The final cost to the player for this Demo Program is $20 which is used to ensure that the clubs are packaged and shipped properly. When completing the checkout process the golfer will be charged $120 for the iron. HOWEVER, upon return receipt of the clubs at our facility, golfers will be refunded $100.
  5. Demo trial period is 2 weeks.
  6. We will contact you towards the end of the trial period to see how you are getting along with the demo club.  We do realize that there are situations that may not let you test the club as thoroughly as you would like (bad weather, unexpected situations, etc.)  We want you to be able to test the club properly, so at the time of contact, we will address the situation and go from there.
  7. After a successful testing period, we will send you a return label via email to attach to the original packaging that you received the club with.

We have a limited number of demo clubs so please check the website often.  We will do our best to keep expanding our demo inventory.

Please keep in mind that these are demo clubs. They may show minor signs of wear from previous golfers. These are also stock clubs and not custom built to your specifications. We hope that the Demo Program will give you further confidence in the quality of our irons, but please remember that all club purchases will be custom built to your specifications. Whether it is a loft/lie/length adjustment or you need a specific shaft/grip, we will make sure you get exactly what you need for your new irons to perform at their best.

Demo Program available for Continental U.S customers only.

Please Contact Us if you have any questions!

Feel like butter

I demo'd the CB 7 Iron and it felt incredible. I currently play game improvement clubs and I'm looking to go to player's iron as my HC has improved over the years and I'm wanting more consistency in accuracy/distance. I saw Ballistic on MGS and was impressed by their performance and their price was phenomenal. I was a little concerned that I wouldn't hit them as well due to their smaller club face but it didn't seem to be a problem. They were so soft and responsive and really gave me the feedback in my hands that i was hoping to get. The club came with standard size grip which had me drawing the ball a little too much but that should be an easy fix when ordering. This will be my next set of clubs!

Superb, gorgeous set of irons

I had the custom forged cavity back irons imported to the UK after seeing them on line. They have arrived and are even better than I was expecting. Stunning looking set of irons that feel buttery soft out of the sweet spot. If you’re thinking of ordering a set I 100% recommend these irons.

Pure

These are so underrated. About 8 months ago I purchased the CB iron heads. The way these are designed and forged are simply amazing. Not only are they better looking in person but the forgiving nature of a players CB couldn’t get better. These are better than top brands out there. I compared these to Titleist 620 CB…more forgiving longer better and more pure. I could go on and on…the price all of it…I constantly get asked about them once someone hears the pure strike of this bullet they can’t get enough. Don’t forget the amazing care they come in as well!!!!

Ballistic Forged Muscle Back Heads (with Mitsubishi MMT 90 S)

I recently picked up a set of the Ballistic Forged Muscle Back heads and paired them with Mitsubishi MMT 90 S shafts. While I haven’t had a chance to get them out on the course for a full round yet, I’ve spent some quality time with them on the launch monitor into my net, and the initial impressions are incredibly promising.
The Build Specifications
• Heads: Ballistic Forged Muscle Back
• Shafts: Mitsubishi MMT 90 (Stiff)
• Build Profile: Progressive MOI (Momentum of Inertia) build
• Anchor Club: 7-iron matched to a swing weight of D3 (2740 MOI)
Performance & Feel
• Swing ability: Despite being a traditional muscle back profile, these feel incredibly smooth and easy to swing. The pairing with the MMT shafts provides a fantastic, stable feel through impact.
• Distance & Data: On the launch monitor, the numbers have been remarkably consistent. My distances are right on par and highly comparable to my current gaming set of Srixon ZXi5 irons, which is impressive given the sleek, compact profile of these forged blades.
Initial Verdict
If you enjoy the process of a precise, technical build, these heads are a pleasure to work with. They deliver the premium look and feel of a classic muscle back without sacrificing the distance you'd expect from a modern player's iron. I can't wait to get them out on the grass and confirm the launch monitor distances.

I found that using the MOI method made the short irons a little heavy so, I recalibrated the swing weight for all irons to D3. I will be testing them again into my net with launch monitor.
